Offered for facilities needing additional support to meet short- and long-term goals. This service allows access to our 20+ years of combined industry expertise at a fraction of the cost of a typical long-term management contract. We will conduct one two-day visit to ensure efficient operations, cash controls, and customer service standards. We will review all expenses and revenue while analyzing monthly financials and marketing campaigns closely. Our team will create, distribute, and review weekly revenue reports to monitor marketing, promotions, and related revenue. You can tailor this program to fit the unique requirements of your facility and adjust it according to seasonal changes.
Full Consult
This service is designed for properties that consistently underperform in revenue. Our team will visit your facility, meet with ownership and key staff, and set revenue goals aimed at improving your bottom line. We will analyze historical data, identify trends, and pinpoint areas for improvement. Our team will develop a comprehensive plan to drive financial growth and enhance operational efficiency. This includes local market demographic analysis, technology usage, and understanding customer loyalty, preferences, and perceptions. We will review existing marketing and business plans, rate structures, and develop new strategies to increase gross revenue. Additionally, we will assist in creating an annual operational budget and establish job descriptions and responsibilities for key employees, making suggestions to ensure the right team members represent your facility effectively and establish the highest possible customer service standards. A member of our team will make routine visits each month. Other Z Golf staff members may make sight visits based on availability or need.
